Mango Salsa 

2 ripe mangos, chopped

1/2 jalapeno, finely diced (use a whole one for more heat)
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1 green bellpepper, chopped
handful of cilantro, chopped
juice of 1/2 lime

Combine all ingredients, chill and serve. Good with tortilla chips, pita chips, plantain chips and lobster.
